We are looking for great telemarketers to set appointments for our Sales Reps. No selling is required.
You will be representing a digital marketing agency providing fantastic services that companies really need. The key focus is SEO – improving a company’s search rankings to get more business. This is a work-from-home position.
- You will be calling potential clients to set up appointments for our Sales Reps
- We provide leads and the CRM and the dialer
- No pressure sales, you are setting up appointments for no-cost consultations for our Sales Reps
- Maintain accurate records and notes for Sales Representatives to follow up on
- Book 2 qualified appointments per 100 calls
- $0.25 CAD per dial
- $20 CAD per qualified booking that shows for appointment
- 4% Sales Override
Position Pay Median – $15-$19 USD/Hour Plus Bonuses
Bonuses and Incentives*
- Signing Bonus – $50 CAD
- 30 Day Anniversary – $100 CAD
- 3 Month Anniversary – $200 CAD
- 6 Month Anniversary – $250 CAD
- 12 Month Anniversary – $500 CAD

To Succeed You Will Have:
- Ability to join virtual meetings, provide your own Internet and a quiet work location.
- Excellent English and communication skills – able to listen and respond fluently
- 2 plus years experience in a similar type of role
- Proven success record in telephone cold calling
- Polite demeanour and ability to interact with a variety of customers from decision-makers in corporate offices to owners who manage their business themselves
- Competent computer skills
- A self-starter who is confident in themselves and wants to earn income ethically
- Reliable High-Speed Internet and PC/Mac computer
