        • Maintain Regular Work Hours — set a work schedule and stick to it.
        • Create a Morning Routine
        • Set Ground Rules for people in your space — make sure they are what works for you
        • Schedule Breaks — Schedule time for breaks, stretching and food. These are all important!
        • Take breaks in their entirety — If you’re scheduled for an hour lunch take that full hour.
        • Get out of the house safely during COVID. For example, take a socially distanced walk outside for example.
        • Keep a dedicated office space if possible. This makes it easier to stay away from work during off-hours.
        • Keep your workspace organized so you can find everything when you need it. Chaos surrounding you will make for a stressful work environment.
        • Maintain a separate phone number and don’t answer it after hours this leads to burnout.
        • Keep your computer password-protected when you are not present.
        • Socialize with colleagues. Check-in with others in the Hive. We also have staff meetings and training sessions everyone is welcome. This helps us all feel like we are part of a team environment.
        • Show Up to meetings — mandatory and optional this keeps you current with current events. This can also motivate you to get out of that “funk” you’ve been in.
        • Keep up on training. Training helps us to learn and grow not just ourselves but with the company.
        • Over Communicate — Tell everyone who needs to know your schedule and availability often. This does both let everyone know your availability ad keeps you accountable to yourself.
        •  Be positive in everything you do. This will show in your work including when you’re on the phone.
        • Take advantage of your perks. For example, start dinner in the slow cooker on your lunch simply because you can. These unique perks are part of the work from home environment enjoy them.
        • Make it personal. Figure out what works best for you. And if you need inspiration reach out. What works for some may not work for you and that’s ok.
        • End your day with a routine.

These are just guidelines and we welcome any suggestions in the comments below.
